This is a special round-trip price negotiated between Slovakian, Austrian and German railway, valid every day without seat limitation and without obligation to purchase via Internet. The ticket can be used by anyone, but it has to be bought in Slovakia. This is very beneficial for citizens of Vienna because of Bratislava proximity and because the route is via Vienna.

The deal is described at the end of the Slovak Railways page. Any IC, EC and EN train may be used and there is no limit how many times you change the trains. For ICE there is a surcharge. There is very little reason to use ICE, most trains are IC, EC or EN.
