Tallinksilja offers night cruises Stockholm-Turku (Åbo) for only a mere 100 SEK PER CABIN (from 25 SEK per person), as they test their new cruise ship Galaxy. Galaxy will start the daily departures in September but you could already taste the luxury!

The offer is valid for the cruise with the following timetable:

They call it 'The Holiday pass'. It provides you unlimited travel on any three days within one month. The pass is sold exclusively between 1 June and 31 August (every year) and it is valid as a 2nd class travel ticket on all express and InterCity trains. You may also book a seat in advance in the booking offices at the stations. However, it is not mandatory to make seat bookings for these trains.

Advance seat booking is only mandatory for Pendolino high speed trains. The prices vary from ?6,40 to ?12,60 in 2nd class, depending on the distance to be travelled.

The Holiday pass is also valid on the Helsinki Metropolitan Area commuter trains.

Finnish Commuter (Finncomm) Airlines is a privately owned Finnish airline founded in 1993. They operate under their own Air Operator's Certificate routes in Finland and Europe and have been co-operating with Finnair since 1998.

The service between Russian North (Kandalaksha) and Finland is perhaps known only to few locals. Looking at http://www.matkahuolto.fi/en/ I discovered, there are busses going between Kandalaksha and Kemijärvi.

I found the busses are starting each Mon,Thu Kandalaksha (Russia) at 7:00 local time, arriving Kemijärvi 11:20, departing Kemijärvi 16:00 and arriving Kandalaksha 22:20
