finally, the low-budget option is available to fly out of Kyiv to London - to get from Kyiv Boryspil International Airport (terminal B) to London for a 1.5 hour for as low as UAH 268 (around $46 one way; all taxes included). from London to Kyiv one can fly for as low as 69 GBP.

this is a WEB price offered by WIZZAIR. to get this lowest price, it's better to make a reservation (via internet) several weeks in advance.

the flight from Kyiv-Boryspil departs on 18:30 on M, W, Fr, Su., and arrives in London (Luton) at 20:10 .

the flight from London (Luton) departs at 13:00 on M, W, Fr, Su., and arrives in Kyiv at 18:00
