Morocco Travel Deals

Embark on a series of treks in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco - some camping involved! You will be accompanied by a local guide who will tell you all about the history of the area and the flora and fauna inhabiting the mountains. You will also spend time in Marrakesh to enjoy local cuisine and other marvels.

This trek itinerary is only possible in summer months between June and October depending on snow conditions on Mount Toubkal. At other times an alternative trekking itinerary will be used that includes treks in the surrounding valleys. This alternative will not include a summit of Mount Toubkal.

NOTE: To book the trip, you will need to create a profile with Budget Expeditions. This trip is available to people 18 to 35 years old.

This is a really great little trip if you don't want to spend a lot of money.
It includes ferry from Algeciras to Tangier and back, 2 nights in 3* hotel (Solazur) B&B, transfers to and from the hotel to the port. Unfortunately this cannot be booked online so you would have to go into a Spanish travel agency and ask for the weekend break of the tour operator LUXOTOURS.

A little known cheap way to get to Morocco (Casablanca) is to fly to Madrid then fly to Casablanca.
both flights can be booked on Easyjets web sight and are working out approx 1/2 price than the same to Marrakesh. it just a choice of where in morocco you want to go.
at time of looking May 2008 Marrakesh: £125: Casablanca £40. it just means a very easy change of flight in Madrid
