The prices for the Resort Packages are already cheap, 15% off is an extra bonus. It only applies though if you are using 3 or more of the facilities, which you would anyways. The prices for the facilities range from $15-$50USD each. This ranges from pool use, massages to use of physiotherapy rooms. The cheapest flight from Eastern Europe (Istanbul) to various destinations in India is through Air Arabia, via Sharjah (United Arab Emirates).

There're daily flights from Istanbul to Sharjah.

Currently, Air Arabia lands in a number of cities all around India, including Jaipur, Nagpur, Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi. Even to Colombo in Sri Lanka!

I know its not that new anymore but in case you were not aware, the Caucas region (Georgia, Armenia & Azerbaijan) have opened up for budget flights.

Balticair flies from Riga in Latvia to Tblisi (Georgia), Baku (Azerbaijan) and Yerevan (Armenia). They also fly further afield to Dubai, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
Flights are relatively cheap, many other airlines service Latvia, no other budget airlines connect Europe to the Caucas.

Many tourists like to visit Dubai and for some hotel prices are a bit expensive.
There is a good deal by U.A.E. Youth Hostel Association. If they have a vacancy then three days of stay is guaranteed for you, after that you have to check with them if still they can extend your stay. They have hostels in Dubai, Sharjah, Fujeirah and Kourfakkan. The price for one night per person is about $20 or even less in some hostels. You have to contact them by phone and fax and make sure that you have a confirmed place before coming to Dubai.
