Rotterdam Airport is a very convenient small airport where generally check ins and luggage retrieval are fast and efficient. Parking is also easy and very nearby (2 minutes walk from long-term parking to terminal). There's also easy and well-scheduled public transportation to and from Rotterdam Airport to Rotterdam Central station (the ride by bus/shuttle or taxi is about 15 minutes). If I can, I always choose Rotterdam Airport to fly from.
